    Executive Assistant to the CEO

    Ryan has been with Apollo from the very start, alongside his father Bruce as he grew Apollo from a family owned business, to a national and international organization. From working the shop floor in his youth to over 15 years with the company, Ryan has been involved with every aspect of the Apollo organization. Ryan is part of the executive management team, developing short and long term corporate strategy, process implementation, organizational efficiencies, and dynamic leadership. Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Originally hired as an entry-level employee in the Accounting Office, Angie Haisch is now the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for Apollo. Angie’s story is one of perseverance and inspiration. Having grown up in a construction family, Angie was uniquely positioned to pair her skill with numbers with an intimate knowledge of the construction world. Over the years, Angie has honed her knowledge of the industry by visiting job sites and intentionally gleaning information from mentors and project managers. Angie understands the unique needs of each individual project and is able to make sound financial decisions accordingly.

    Well respected for his integrity, level-headedness, and strategic planning, Dan Briscoe has brought a sense of security and out-of-the-box thinking to Apollo. Dan is responsible for helping the company look at the bigger picture to identify new opportunities and markets. Over the past decade Dan has greatly enhanced Apollo’s marketing and communication capabilities, and has helped build a strong platform for growth. He has been instrumental in getting Apollo’s name out and seeding the marketplace with Apollo’s capabilities. One colleague described Dan’s influence saying, “We would not have grown like we did without Dan.”

    Vice President - Apollo North

    With a willingness to take on timeless challenges with modern and innovative solutions, Dale brings a fresh perspective to the operations at Apollo Mechanical. Dale is directly responsible for all construction and operations in Washington, Idaho, and Montana. Over the past 25 years Dale has come up through the trades, into project management, and now into corporate operations and strategy. Dale’s leadership has increased the efficiency and profitability of construction projects, as well as helped to build a strong platform for company growth.

  • Bob Lindbloom

    Bob Lindbloom

    Vice President - Apollo South

    Bob is directly responsible for all construction and operations in Oregon, California, Colorado, and Nevada. He has 22 years experience in the Mechanical industry, and has managed work in 8 states and 2 countries outside the United States. During this time, he has held the positions of Project Engineer, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Division Manager and Vice President. Bob's work experience ranges from Commercial, Data Centers, Bio Tech, Solar and Microelectronics.

    Bob Graduated from Oregon State University. He is active in the MCAA, and sat on the Management Methods Committee for 10 years, and is the current chairman of the committee.

    Bob's approach to management includes teamwork, communication, relationships, respect and trust.

    Vice President - National Projects

    Don has 41 years’ experience in the mechanical industry, being instrumental in the successful management of many large, high profile projects in the capacity of Pipe fitter, Pipe fitter Foreman, Pipe fitter General Foreman, MEP Superintendent, Project Manager, Operations Manager and Vice President of Operations.

    Mr. Jarrett holds an Associate degree from Columbia Basin College, as well as serving an Pipe fitter apprenticeship from 1977 through 1980. Don's years of practical field experience coupled with his Operational and Management experience are evidenced by his teams’ proven performance within the Apollo organization,

  • Mike Ellis

    Mike Ellis

    Corporate Safety Director

    A hands-on, proven construction safety expert, Mike has more than 25 years of specialized experience in the construction industry. Mike has a BS from Central Washington University and has worked in the construction industry in many diverse market sectors and specialties. .

    As corporate safety manager, Mike oversees nearly a dozen safety professionals in four states with over 1800 employees performing more than $500M in construction work. Mike, with the help of his team have lead Apollo on a journey spanning over 18 years improving Apollo’s Experience Modification Rate (EMR) in Washington State from a .99 to a .29. With Mike’s leadership and loss control strategies, Apollo has maintained their EMR at levels below a .36 since 2010. Apollo has enjoyed the lowest EMR in Washington State out of virtually all industries. This impressive record has resulted in a $12.2 million cost savings over the last five years for Apollo, compared to contractors with an EMR of 1.0 (the state average)

    Mike’s approach to safety focuses on personal training, mentoring, and coaching for all team members to understand and embrace Apollo’s injury-free work environment culture—which is founded on identification of hazards, prevention, planning, inspection, and accountability at all levels.

    Mike has developed, taught, and implemented world-class safety and loss control programs, leading Apollo to receive numerous site safety awards for injury-free work environments.

  • Trey Bland

    Trey Bland

    Operations Manager

    Trey began his career in 1974, when he started his apprenticeship with Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 598. After becoming a Journeyman, he worked for several years in the field and in Project Management. In 1985, he started and ran his own wet side mechanical contracting company. Trey's company and Apollo enjoyed a successful partnership on many projects, until 1991, when Trey sold his business operations to Apollo, establishing Apollo as a full mechanical contractor.

    Today, Trey's expertise in both the field, and operations are invaluable assets to Apollo. Trey provides mentor ship and guidance to both Apollo's project management and field staff.
