This $28.5 million dollar Mechanical Design Build project is owned and operated by the State of Washington Department of Corrections and is located in Connell, Washington.
The Coyote Ridge Corrections Center is a medium security, 560,000-square-foot facility that resides on a 60-acre site in the open expanse of country found in Franklin County. Currently (as of January 2011), the main facility is almost full with an inmate population of over 2100. Coyote Ridge is the largest prison facility in Washington State. Apollo self performed all the Mechanical on this project and was responsible for not only the design of the Mechanical systems, but the coordination for BIM effort between all the trades as well.
