The submittal process was very difficult and created procurement concerns/struggles. The project site is very tight, creating delivery scheduling very critical. AHU and EAHU manufacturing and delivery targeted a very small schedule window between fourth floor concrete placement and penthouse steel erection. Early BIM integration allowed ductwork fabrication and deliveries to meet the project schedule. LCM department had entire project coordinated prior to rough-in start date.
